- The Crown, other Crown agencies and Government departments.

The Crown
We report annually to our Trustees’ Crown appointor, the Minister of Finance.
Treaty Claim Process Agencies
We work with other agencies involved in the Treaty claim and settlement process, including:

Office of Treaty Settlements
Handles claim negotiations between Māori and the Crown, and coordinates the implementation of claim settlements.
Other Crown Agencies and Government Departments
