Business Teams

Crown Forestry Rental Trust is made up of four main business teams responsible to the Chief Executive. The Chief Executive is in turn responsible to the governing Board of Trustees.

Structure


Chief Executive

The Chief Executive is responsible for providing strategic leadership to CFRT and ensuring the organisation meets its objectives.The Chief Executive maintains an overview of all aspects of CFRT operations.The Office of the Chief Executive consists of the Strategic Relationships Manager, Strategic Advisor, and Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive and CFRT Board.

 

Service Delivery

Service Delivery is the front line of the Trust and is lead by the Director Service Delivery. Service Delivery staff (via regional teams) work directly with claimant groups to provide operational, specialist advice, research and mapping funding support to assist them to prepare, present and negotiate their claims.

Service Delivery staff work in four regional teams. Each Regional Team is led by a Service Delivery Manager and includes Relationship Managers, Research Facilitators and a Mapping Facilitator.


Corporate Services

Corporate Services is lead by the Chief Operating Officer. Corporate Services consists of the Assurance Group and Business Support Services.


Assurance Group

The Assurance Group works with the Client Services Group and Research Services to ensure all claimant requests for assistance are in line with CFRT funding policy and criteria. The Assurance Group reviews CFRT policy and practice.

The Assurance Group is responsible for:

  • Policy Advice.
  • Business Plan Assessment.
  • Contract Management.
  • Risk Management.


Business Support Services

The Business Support Services Group ensures Crown Forestry Rental Trust operates effectively and efficiently. They also ensure the Trust is capable of delivering quality assistance to claimant groups and makes sure the Trust funds are invested safely in accordance with the Trust Deed.

The Business Support Services Team is responsible for:

  • Human Resource Management.
  • Office Services.
  • Information Management.
  • Financial Management.
  • Information Technology.
